About the Role

As a Recruiter at Recruvion, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys building strong professional relationships.

You will play a key role in identifying top talent, managing recruitment processes, and contributing to the continued growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through offer management and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, networking, and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and present qualified shortlists to clients.
  • Negotiate employment offers and manage the offer process.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment agency or fast-paced hiring environment.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies across different industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social networking platforms.
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and recruitment targets.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages will be considered an asset.
