Key Responsibilities
- Execute client implementations efficiently while ensuring a professional and positive client experience.
- Review documentation, workflows, and implementation plans with customers and vendors.
- Coordinate and track progress of new implementation projects.
- Install and configure software and systems based on project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and post-implementation.
- Maintain detailed documentation of actions taken and keep stakeholders informed.
- Proactively engage with clients during the implementation process to assess satisfaction.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge through training and workshops.
- Maintain relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, etc.)
Technical Expertise Required
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in implementation and troubleshooting across the following areas:
- VMware vSphere ESXi and vCenter
- VMware Aria Suite Components
- VMware NSX
- Microsoft Infrastructure: Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DFS, Hyper-V
- Cloud Platforms: Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Enterprise Backup Solutions: Dell PowerProtect, Avamar, Veeam or any other Enterprise backup solutions
- Dell VxRail HCI
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Server and Storage Infrastructure

- Timely and successful delivery of implementation projects.
- Quality of documentation and communication with stakeholders.
- Client satisfaction during and after implementation.
- Responsiveness and resolution time for support and troubleshooting.
- Engagement in continuous learning and certification.
Qualifications & Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability to join within 30 days or less.
