🔹 Experience: 3+ Years in 360 Recruitment
💼 Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end 360 recruitment cycle management
Business development and client acquisition
Managing and growing existing client accounts
Sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across BPO & ITES domains
Building strong talent pipelines for volume and niche hiring
Negotiating offers and ensuring smooth onboarding experience
Achieving recruitment and revenue targets
What We're Looking For:
Strong exposure to BPO & ITES hiring in the Indian market
Proven track record in client handling and recruitment delivery
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
