The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in the Technology & Construction sectors, with a proven track record in business development, client management, and end-to-end recruitment delivery.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Managing the complete 360 recruitment lifecycle
Developing new business opportunities and strategic client partnerships
Handling client requirements across Tech & Construction domains
Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality professionals
Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring exceptional client delivery
Negotiating offers and supporting onboarding processes
Building strong candidate pipelines within the UAE and international markets
Achieving recruitment performance and revenue targets
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Extensive recruitment experience within Technology & Construction sectors
Strong network and understanding of the UAE market
Proven success in both recruitment delivery and business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
Immediate joiners or candidates available within 2 weeks will be preferred
