About this role

Develop and expand strong relationships with key decision-makers across enterprise clients focusing on data-centric security requirements.

Identify and drive new business opportunities in Data Security, Privacy, and Governance domains.

Understand customer regulatory, compliance, and data protection challenges to propose tailored solutions.

Position and articulate solutions across data security, data privacy, data governance, and compliance frameworks.

Act as a trusted advisor by guiding clients on data protection strategies, risk mitigation, and governance best practices.

Conduct executive-level presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations focused on data security transformation.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and support) to ensure successful implementation and customer success.

Stay updated on data protection regulations, privacy laws, and emerging cybersecurity risks.

Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline, forecasting, and market intelligence.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in the data security landscape.

Identify, onboard, and develop strategic relationships with key channel partners including VARs, MSSPs, system integrators, and regional resellers.

Collaborate closely with partners to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including co-selling, co-marketing, and demand generation initiatives.

Enable and empower partners through structured product training, solution positioning, and value proposition education across Cloud Security, Infrastructure & Network Security, and Data Security portfolios.

Drive pipeline growth through partner-led leads, referrals, and opportunity identification in alignment with business unit sales objectives.

Actively support and manage deal execution through both direct enterprise engagement and partner-driven sales motions to ensure successful deal closure and revenue achievement.

Maintain strong alignment between vendor strategy, internal sales teams, and partner ecosystem to maximize market coverage and revenue expansion.

Core Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in cybersecurity business development, with strong focus on data-centric security domains.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales of Data Security, Privacy, and Governance solutions.
  • 4–6 years of successful experience in sales and account management in cybersecurity or data protection environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and data protection landscapes.
  • Knowledge of KSA and regional cybersecurity market is mandatory

Technical Knowledge & Solution Expertise

  • Strong understanding of Data Security, Privacy, and Governance solutions including:
    • Data protection and encryption (at rest and in motion)
    • Data loss prevention (DLP)
    • Data governance and classification frameworks
    • Privacy management and compliance requirements
    • Risk and compliance alignment for enterprise data security
  • Ability to map regulatory requirements to enterprise security and governance solutions.

Sales, Business Development & Personal Attributes

  • Strong experience in consultative selling of data security and governance solutions.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor on data protection, privacy, and compliance strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with enterprise and regulatory-focused stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across executive and technical audiences.
  • Strong hunter mentality with focus on pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
