About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bengaluru. This internship offers hands-on experience across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, providing exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes based on job requirements and prepare candidate shortlists.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Publish job openings across various recruitment platforms.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Assist in recruitment reporting, data management, and hiring metrics.
  • Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.
  • Perform other recruitment and HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS platforms is an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong time management and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
