About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruitment function in Saudi Arabia.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in recruitment consultancy, executive search, and business development. Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's talent acquisition strategy while building a high-performing, revenue-generating recruitment business.

You will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our recruitment agency operations by driving client acquisition, developing strategic partnerships, generating recruitment revenue, and delivering exceptional permanent, executive search, and specialist hiring solutions across a broad range of industries.

The ideal candidate will combine outstanding recruitment expertise with commercial acumen, leadership capability, and an in-depth understanding of the Saudi talent market. While Saudi Nationals are preferred, exceptional expatriate candidates with significant Saudi market experience and fluent Arabic language skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and develop strategic hiring plans.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and executive-level positions.
  • Establish best-in-class recruitment processes, frameworks, and governance.
  • Drive innovation across sourcing strategies, market mapping, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
  • Lead the development of a commercially successful recruitment business that delivers sustainable revenue growth.

Recruitment Consultancy, Business Development & Client Management

  • Develop, manage, and expand strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term recruitment partnerships.
  • Lead executive search, permanent recruitment, and large-scale hiring assignments across multiple sectors.
  • Generate recruitment revenue through successful client acquisition, account management, and candidate placements.
  • Deliver tailored talent solutions based on clients' workforce challenges and business objectives.
  • Achieve individual and team revenue targets, placement KPIs, and client satisfaction goals.
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums to strengthen market presence and brand recognition.

Saudi Market & Talent Intelligence

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the Saudi employment market, recruitment trends, and talent availability.
  • Build strong professional networks to attract both local and international talent.
  • Support Saudization initiatives by developing effective localization strategies and talent pipelines.
  • Provide clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring insights.
  • Engage confidently with Saudi clients and candidates in Arabic.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
  • Establish clear KPIs, performance standards, and recruitment metrics.
  • Coach recruiters in executive search, sourcing methodologies, stakeholder engagement, client management, business development, and revenue generation.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence.

Recruitment Operations & Performance

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from talent sourcing through offer management and onboarding.
  • Develop recruitment dashboards and performance reporting to monitor productivity and business outcomes.
  • Improve hiring quality, recruitment turnaround times, and candidate experience.
  • Optimize ATS utilization, recruitment technologies, and digital sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, employment legislation, and organizational standards.
  • Monitor agency performance through revenue, placements, fill rates, client retention, and business development metrics.

Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement

  • Act as a strategic recruitment partner to senior business leaders and key clients.
  • Manage executive-level candidate relationships with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber professionals.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Build long-term client partnerships that drive repeat business and sustainable growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or Recruitment leadership experience.
  • Proven success within a recruitment consultancy, executive search, or staffing organization.
  • Demonstrated experience building recruitment businesses, developing client portfolios, and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong track record managing recruitment teams and delivering complex hiring projects across multiple industries.
  • Extensive experience in executive search, professional recruitment, and talent mapping.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian employment market, workforce trends, and Saudization initiatives.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing platforms.
  • Saudi National preferred; exceptional expatriate candidates with significant Saudi market experience will also be considered.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
