Program Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Core Banking Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering enterprise banking programs, managing end-to-end implementations, integrations, and migrations across core banking platforms. This role is best suited for professionals from the Banking or Financial Services domain who have successfully driven complex transformation projects involving Oracle FLEXCUBE or other leading Core Banking Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Core Banking transformation programs, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Manage implementation, integration, and rollout of Core Banking solutions across multiple business functions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership to define delivery strategies and execution plans.
• Drive requirements gathering, business analysis, gap analysis, and solution design activities.
• Oversee system integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and operational policies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams while maintaining delivery excellence and project quality.
• Support incident management, production readiness, and operational stability during transformation programs.
• Mentor project teams and promote delivery best practices across the organization.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Program Delivery, Project Management, or Core Banking Transformation.
• Strong experience implementing Oracle FLEXCUBE, including one or more of the following modules:
  • FCUBS
  • OBTF
  • OBTFPM
  • OBLM
  • OBVAM
  • OBP
  • OBDX
• Candidates with strong experience in other Core Banking platforms such as Finacle, TCS BaNCS, or Temenos T24 will also be considered.
• Hands-on experience in:
  • Requirements Management
  • Gap Analysis
  • Integration Solutioning
  • System Integration
  • Data Migration
  • Core Banking Transformation Programs
• Experience managing enterprise-scale implementation projects.
• Good understanding of Information Security Operations and Incident Management.
• Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE integrations and product/process configuration is highly preferred.

Qualifications
